Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope that your New Year is off to a great start! December flew by for me.  It was filled with all of the things that the season brings.

Decorating

Baking

Frosting cookies and dipping pretzels!

Gift Giving

Spending time with family and friends!

Now that the holiday season is behind me it is time to think about Valentine's Day.  As always, fellow blogger, Winter Wonderland, is hosting the annual Cards From The Heart Card Drive.  This will be the fifth year that she has hosted this card drive which benefits children who are in the hospital on Valentine's Day.  To read more about this and how you can participate go here.  I have sent cards the last two years.  I just love the thought of a child opening a handmade Valentine!  That's all I have for today!  Thanks so much for stopping by and have a magical day!!!

  3. Mmmm... cookies. If I miss anything this holiday season it was COOKIES. People failed to bake me a reasonable amount of cookies. Or any cookies. I got sick so I didn't even get my to bake my own cookies.

  5. What a busy holiday season! I'll be checking out the Valentine card drive. I always like to do some things at other times of the year. I feel that we all do so much giving at Christmas, but not at other times of the year.
